Prior to starting any assignment, we endeavour to ensure that clear and well-defined client requirements are available, documented and understood.
Provide regular progress reports on assignments. Placements follow ups and feedback to both client and candidate. Ensure confidentiality whenever dealing with sensitive information regarding job candidates, client's employees and business. Decline business if Vuselela's integrity is at stake. Do not under price ourselves for the sake of securing business while quality of service might be compromised.
Enter into Service Level Agreements with clients to avoid any unnecessary potential misunderstanding. In addition to our company membership with certain Industries Benefits Funds, we have our own Retirement and Death Benefits Funds for long-term contract employees not falling under the ambit of any industry agreement.
We do pre-employment and background screening by verifying the following:
Criminal checks. Fingerprinting done on site through a smart screen device, Credit reports, Qualification verifications, Employment confirmation and references, ID verification, Driver's license.
PERMANENT STAFF PLACEMENTS: A once-off placement fee is payable by The Client on commencement of employment by the successful candidate. The placement fee is a percentage (agreed with client up front) of the successful candidate's total cost to company annual package.
TEMPORAL STAFF PLACEMENTS: The payable fee or the charge-out rate is determined by inter alia, skills and experience required by The Client, industry applicable levies and contributions. Should a Vuselela temp employee subsequently be employed by The Client on a permanent basis, an agreed conversion placement fee is payable.
Advertising: Our placement fee covers cost of classified adverts where necessary and the cost of all other types of job adverts is for the client's account.
Travel and accommodation: Should it be necessary for candidates to travel outside of their residential regions, travelling and accommodation is arranged with the prior approval of the client as such additional cost is for the client's account.
Psychometric testing: Any specific type of pre-employment testing required in terms of the client's employment procedures is done by professional partners at the client's additional cost.
