A detailed job specification is obtained from the client as first part of the recruitment process. Suitable candidates from the database are matched with the job specifications before other recruitment methods can be utilised. Candidates attend face-to-face interviews.  Background screening is done (on site) as per client requirements

Executive Search

The search is conducted on an agreement with a client to search for a specific type and calibrate of a candidate. A consultant with the relevant expertise and industry knowledge is assigned to the search exercise following an extensive brief by the client. 

The search for a senior / top management appointment will always be handled by a senior consultant with board level experience.

 

 CONTRACT / TEMPORARY / PROJECT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

In line with prevailing relevant labour laws, Vuselela provides suitable contract or temporary or project staff at all levels and for various purposes and durations.  Often supplied temps are Admin Support staff, Accounts/finance, Artisans/technical, Manufacturing, Logistics, General Workers, etc.
