Suitable candidates from the database are matched with the job specifications before other recruitment methods can be utilised. Candidates attend either face-to-face or digital interviews. Candidate background screening is done as per client requirements.
Executive Search
The search is conducted on an agreement with a client to search for a specific type and calibre of a candidate. A consultant with the relevant expertise and industry knowledge is assigned to the search exercise following an extensive brief by the client.
The search for a senior / top management appointment will always be handled by a senior consultant with board level experience.
Contract / Temporary / Project Employment Services
In line with prevailing South African relevant labour laws, Vuselela provides suitable contract or temporary or project staff at all levels and for various purposes and durations. Often supplied temps are Admin Support staff, Accounts/finance, Artisans/technical, Manufacturing, Logistics, Packaging, General Workers, etc.
Vuselela provides all above stated human resources services for various long-term projects. The company subscribes to fair employment practices and honours all industry/company agreements and statutory requirements.
